Abstract:
Ionization Cooling on Spiral Orbit

Brief Abstract: Yaruslov Derbenev has written a complete linear theory of
3-dimensional ionization cooling along a spiral orbit, or, simply, spiral
ionization cooling. Paul Lebrun has placed the text as MuCool Note, April 3
2000.

Revision one, minor typos in fomulas on page 5-6.
