Abstract:
This report describes the design of the magnets for the double flip
channel, the alternate cooling devise in the feasibility II neutrino
factory design. The magnet configuration follows the lattice design proposed
by V.Balbekov.(mcn# 118).The magnet design is based on reliable technologies
and makes use of recent developments which apply to large detector magnets.
We also identify R&D issues related, in general, to a large solenoid based
accelerator devise.
