Abstract:
These are exciting times for research on muon colliders and the
neutrino factory muon storage rings that may well precede them.
To grasp the opportunity, the Muon Collider Collaboration can and
should adjust to become more vigorous, more efficient, effective,
larger and more globally oriented. This note presents a 10-point
plan to accomplish these objectives. (This is a slightly revised
version of the note emailed to the Muon Collider Collaboration
on 13 August, 1999.)
