Abstract:
A possibility to use an induction linac for phase rotation of muons
after target and decay channel is considered.
Requited magnet field of the cores, stored energy and power
are estimated.
Optimal operation mode of the linac is discussed.
It is shown by simulation that the induction linac is capable to
provide the phase rotation without additional low-frequency
RF system
